DEBUT HUB Bluetooth Gateway (hereinafter referred to as DEBUT HUB or gateway) is a new generation of intelligent data collecting device.

The device has a built-in GPS module, Bluetooth 5.0 module and cellular module. It is capable of:

• collecting data collected by DEBUT devices
• collecting GPS data of the gateway
• transmitting collected data to the cloud server
• working as a relay to enhance the connection between mobile phone and DEBUT devices

These series of products are suitable for the protection of endangered animals, ecological research and restoration, biodiversity conservation, public education, pasture management and livestock industry supervision for scientific research institutions, regulatory authorities, non-profit organizations and government. The illustration below shows the data transmit flow of DEBUT HUB.

The DEBUT HUB enables users to build a “biological ubiquitous network” with low cost, powerful functions, simple maintenance and excellent scalability. The performance of the network highly depends on the infrastructure, which is the deployment of enough and diverse transmitting nodes. Users will be able to achieve data collection of small species with the network far exceeding traditional ways, thereby launching new research topics.
